About

Located in the heart of Chelsea, New York City—one of the world’s most influential contemporary art districts—the Leonovich Gallery is a space dedicated to elevating the voices of women in the arts. We exist to challenge the status quo of the art world, where women remain vastly underrepresented in institutional collections and exhibitions, often comprising just 1 to 5% of the work on view in major museums.

At Leonovich Gallery, we believe it’s time for a shift.

Our mission is not only to support and showcase the work of women artists but to actively foster a new era of woman-centered creative expression. We are more than a commercial gallery; we are a movement—a collaborative platform where women artists can connect, create, and catalyze cultural change.

Through innovative exhibitions, interdisciplinary projects, and community-driven programming, we strive to amplify perspectives that have too long been pushed to the margins. We represent both emerging and established women artists whose work is bold, visionary, and unapologetically original.

Leonovich Gallery is a destination for those seeking art that reflects the complexity, power, and spirit of contemporary womanhood. Situated in Chelsea but rooted in a global conversation, our gallery is a hub for artistic evolution—where new voices are not only heard, but celebrated.

This is the future of art. And it's woman-made.
